Private Pilates Sessions
Our one to one Pilates sessions are available for you at any of our clinics, in your home or in your workplace. You will receive special one to one attention with our highly experienced physiotherapists to learn the basics of Pilates, perfect for those who are new to the Pilates concept.
What to Expect
During your first one to one Pilates session you will be assessed to discover your areas of weakness or imbalance before putting a plan together with your physiotherapist to meet your personal goals.
You will learn how to apply the 5 key elements to the basic Pilates exercises. Your physiotherapist will teach you how to activate your deep core muscles and how to set the correct postural alignment in different positions and exercises.
One to one sessions are great for becoming confident with the basic Pilates exercises before progressing through to more challenging Pilates exercises or our Pilates group classes.
